This station features a menu that will be just as tempting as you would expect from Zucca. Think lobster tortellini served with a lobster and vine tomato butter or a mix of mushrooms with truffles risotto. This station will offer the opportunity to sell Italians products like olive infused romero oil, black olive tapenades, pasta sauces to name a few.
PIZZA, FOCCACIA
E PANINI STATION
Well crafted pizza is always the protagonist of the Italian gastronomic scene, a product that we will never tire of saying it continues to intrigue a growing slice of the public. The ZUCCALY Pizza will appeal to consumers who have become more demanding and attentive, who ask questions, make pizzaioli accountable, talking about flour, grains and leavening. This station will also feature a diversity of the traditional Foccacia (Italian Bread) and Italian Paninis (sandwich). Customers will have the chance to eat them on site or take them home.

destination for meat or fresh fish - lovers.
ANTIPASTI & SALADS STATION
This will be more a place where you can order a healthy salad to enjoy on site or pick up delicacies , such as dried mushrooms, vacuum-packed cheeses, assortment of honeys and balsamic vinegars. You may also have the chance to order prepared foods such as eggplant parmesan, Roman artichokes, baked salmon
and meatballs, as well as selling an array of wines, meats and
cheeses from throughout Italy.
